Get ready to start your Saturday the fittest way with Bootcamp Tai. After meeting at Bunk, you will run together to Noorderpark before squatting, lunging and burpee-ing your way through the hour. When you’re almost tired out, you’ll run back to Bunk, where we’ll have a healthy complete breakfast waiting for you to enjoy together. That’s your workout and the most important meal of the day done in one go!
The ticket price includes the training and your breakfast, including filter coffee or tea and an orange juice for some vitamin C. All fitness levels are welcome. So who’s ready to get sweaty?
