As if you weren't already spoiled for choice on De Clercqstraat, this lovely little women-led wine bar featuring Levantine food demands a visit, too. Founders Nada Benic and Qian Lu met in Dubrovnik, at a bar where Nada was working, and connected over their shared love of good wine and dreams of owning a business. And the rest is history! While the organic, bio-dynamically produced, pesticide and artificial fertiliser free natural wine list might sound a bit pretentious based off that description alone, Fabus itself is anything but. The cosy, pared-back interior coupled with the punchy, funky wines and the fresh and flavourful food leaves no room for pretence.
