Studio Estelle is a contemporary portrait art studio founded by Estelle, a self-taught artist with a Master of Arts degree from Utrecht University. Her work is known for its modern pop-art style, featuring vibrant portraits that capture the spirit of present-day individuals. Fascinated by the stories behind the eyes of her subjects, Estelle’s art reflects a deep appreciation for human expression, emotion and identity.
Her acclaimed series — Love in All Colours, Neon, and Passion — are bold explorations of colour, emotion and visual storytelling.
In addition to her studio practice, Estelle is also the founder and future director of Galerie De Lichtstraat, an art exhibition space opening in Utrecht at the end of 2025. The gallery aims to offer an accessible platform for both emerging and established artists to showcase their work in an inclusive and inspiring environment.
