Founded in 2020 by Dutch-Nigerian Lola Edobor (or Lola Edo as she's known on the decks), this small corner bar in West has made a big mark on the city. Most importantly a queer and BIPOC safe space, Pamela's got a little bit of everything: tasty cocktails, pop-up kitchens, fortune tellers, sunshine (if there is any), drag, tarot, pure party – you name it. Want to know what exactly the day might bring? You're best off checking their Instagram. But no matter the weather or special event, there's one thing that's always apparent: the people at Pam's are like fam. The team is close-knit and welcoming, the regulars part of the ambiance, Pamela is, as her website says, "you, they're me, she is everyone and no one."
