Join us for Prints for Peace, a special lino printing workshop in honour of Remembrance Day. Throughout the artistic practice, you’ll be encouraged to reflect on the idea of peace and what it means to you at this point, yet another tumultuous time in history.
In this hands-on workshop, you will:
• Learn the basics of lino printing (cutting into linoleum, rolling on ink, pressing to paper)
• Create your own unique piece inspired by peace
• Frame your print to take home
• Print extra copies of your piece to share with the community, spreading your messages of peace
