Founded by half-Italian, half-Scottish, full forever optimist Vanessa Bronzina, this place set out to introduce Utrecht to the wonders of a focaccia for lunch with a Ligurian twist. And it didn't stop there! Not only does the little menu pack quite the punch (especially when it comes to pastries), Bronzina's approach to sustainability and local partners, affinity for interior and furniture design and clear love for the arts makes this the perfect peachy pitstop for your lunch break. Not only does the café offer it's walls as free exhibition space to artists, Bronzina spotlights the art on social media as well as the cafés website – even keeping the artists on the site far after their works have left the walls in case someone wants to purchase a specific piece.
